Using this site
You are welcome to browse, read the menu and send us an enquiry. Please do not try to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Menu, flavours and availability
Flavours, toppings and specials change often and can sell out. What you see here is a guide, not a guarantee of what is on the plate today. Ask us at the counter or check our social pages for what is available right now.
Allergies and food safety
Our ice cream is rolled on a shared cold plate in a working kitchen. Dairy, nuts, gluten, soy and other allergens are present and cross-contact is possible, so we cannot promise any item is free of a given allergen. If you have an allergy, please tell the person serving you before ordering.
Catering and event enquiries
Sending the form on our contact page starts a conversation — it is not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we have replied and agreed the details with you in writing.
Photos you submit
By uploading a photo to the customer wall you confirm that:
- the photo is yours to share;
- anyone recognisable in it is fine with it being posted, and a parent or guardian submitted any photo of a child;
- you are giving us permission to display it on this site and to take it down at our discretion; and
- it is not offensive, misleading or someone else's copyrighted work.
You keep ownership of your photo. We review submissions and may decline or remove any of them.
Our content
Our name, logo, photography and the wording on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially or in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking first.
Links and third-party pages
We link to places like our Facebook and Instagram pages and to map services. Those sites have their own terms and we are not responsible for their content.
Site availability
We try to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided as-is. We are not responsible for losses caused by an error, outage or out-of-date detail on the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer law.
Which laws apply
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last reviewed, and continuing to use the site means the updated terms apply.
